3 Healthy Recipes You Can Make with Vejo Blends

Vejo blends are designed to be a nutritious, delicious snack all by themselves, but you can also incorporate your favorite ingredients to create recipes at home. Our nutrient-dense ingredients are ideal for working alongside other foods you most likely already have in your pantry. 

In this article, we’ll run through three recipes you can make at home. These simple recipes are an easy way you can use Vejo blends to add essential nutrients to your diet. 


Vejo Chia Seed Pudding

  • 7 ounces of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk alternative of your choice)
  • 1 Vejo Banana Almond or Spiced Chocolate blend
  • 2-3 tablespoons of chia seeds

Fill your Vejo blender with the almond milk or milk alternative of your choice and blend it with the Banana Almond or Spiced Chocolate pod. Once blended, pour the mixture into a bowl and add the chia seeds (you can use 3 tablespoons for a thicker consistency). Mix well, pour into single-serving ramekins or bowls, and refrigerate for at least three hours.

Vejo Tart Berry Overnight Oats

  • 7 ounces of oat milk (or milk alternative of your choice)
  • 1 Vejo Pacific Northwest Tart Berry blend
  • ⅔ cup of rolled oats
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Optional toppings: Berries, walnuts, coconut flakes (or any of your favorite toppings)

Fill your Vejo blender with cold oat milk or your go-to milk alternative and blend with the Vejo Tart Berry pod. Mix the blend with the oats and cinnamon in a bowl or jar. Cover, and refrigerate overnight. Top with your favorite garnishes (like berries, walnuts, or coconut flakes) and enjoy!
