We want to make sure that you’re getting the most out of your Vejo experience, so in this article, we’re going to answer the 5 most commonly asked questions about our blends.

 
1. What blends would my children like the most?

Our Daily fruit and vegetable blends are always a good choice for kids. They’re delicious and contain nothing but real fruits and veggies with no added sugars. Plus, they’re getting essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Some kid-approved favorites are Piña Strawberry, Tart Berry, and the classic, Strawberry Banana. Try blending with almond or oat milk for a creamy treat!

 
2. Do any of your Smoothie blends have added sugars?

Short answer: Nope! In general, our blends are sweetened only by their natural fruit ingredients. Some of our blends include stevia, a natural, plant-based, non-caloric sweetener derived from the leaves of the Stevia rebaudiana plant.

 
3. Can you mix blends together?

Please do! Simply add your liquid of choice, blend once with the first pod, then blend a second time with another pod. (Just be sure to put a little less liquid to account for the extra blend.) Some especially tasty combos include our Matcha Latte and Plant-Based Protein - Vanilla, and Stress Support and Piña Strawberry. Mix and match some of your favorites and let us know what you think.

 
4. Can you only add water?

We designed all blends to work with water because it’s readily available and important to daily health. However, many of our blends’ flavors are enhanced by mixing and matching with other liquids. Here are a few combinations we’ve found to be especially delicious:

5. Are these meal replacements?

Vejo blends range from 20 to 100 calories (when blended with water), so they don’t pack enough calories to qualify as a meal replacement. However, they make an excellent, nutrient-dense bridge between meals. They’re perfect for a 3 p.m. snack to tide you over until dinner, a post-workout boost, or even a quick morning drink to start your day on the right foot.
